What is a PIN and where do I find it?
The PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a unique code, which enables you to make calls with your calling card and access your call credit balance. You will find your PIN on the back of your calling card. To reveal the PIN before use, simply scratch off the grey panel on the card.

How do I make a call using a calling card?
First, dial the access number printed on the card and when prompted, enter your PIN. Once you have entered the PIN correctly, wait for a dial tone before entering the desired destination number, including the code.
Important: The telephone must be a touchtone telephone for this to work.

How do I know if my telephone is a touchtone telephone?
The touchtone function is usually active on modern day mobile phones. As a general rule, the touchtone function is already installed, or can be activated without further cost, on all landline and cordless telephones bought in recent years. You can easily find out if you have a touchtone telephone by pressing any key during a call; if at any time you hear a beep, then the touchtone function is already active. If this does not happen, please consult the telephone’s manual for further information on how to activate the touchtone function.

How do I know if the public coin or card operated payphone is a touchtone telephone?
Most coin and card operated payphones are touchtone telephones. In some cases, however, it is necessary to first activate the touchtone function by pressing certain keys, e.g. Arrow Star Arrow/ ->*-> Information on how to do this is usually displayed on the telephone itself. Please pay attention to the instructions.

Are mobile phone users charged roaming costs abroad?
The access numbers offered by us are generally free phone numbers. There are, however, foreign mobile network providers, which charge roaming costs over and above those of your national mobile network when you dial a free phone number, as well as those, which do not allow you to dial free phone numbers. Whether, or to what extent, roaming costs are incurred depends on the individual contract with your mobile phone provider. Please ensure that you are fully informed about all charges. Mobile phone operators normally provide this information on the internet, making it easy for you to find out about their terms and conditions when selecting free phone numbers (which are often displayed as 0800 or free phone numbers).

Does SMS text messaging work with calling cards?
No, unfortunately not!

Does WAP work with calling cards?
No, unfortunately not!

How do I know how much credit remains on the card?
After entering the PIN and destination number, the credit balance is converted into minutes remaining and announced to the card user.

What happens if my call credit runs out during a call?
Don’t worry! You still have enough time to say goodbye… Shortly before your call credit ends, a warning tone (a short beep) will sound, which only you – and not your call partner- can hear

How can I store my telephone number on the card? (for use with mobile phones only)
So that you don’t have to keep entering your PIN, you can store your telephone number with your current PIN. In order to do this, press the following key combination when you are prompted to enter the destination number:
#*2 (Note the instructions!)
By doing this, you will be able to enter your destination number immediately after you dial the access number (Note the instructions!).

Can I delete my telephone number from the card?
