Can I use the card to dial telephone numbers from my mobile phone’s address book?
Yes, but first you must save your mobile phone number onto the card (see above). By saving your mobile phone number you automatically save your PIN on the card and you don’t need to dial it again. Now you can store the access number before your contacts’ telephone numbers, followed by a [p]. For future calls you simply need to dial the stored access number with your contact. The entry in your mobile phone’s address book should appear as follows: e.g. 08005867777p01621234567
Examples: For Alcatel hold down [0] until a [p] appears; For Ericsson hold down [*] until a [p] appears; For Motorola hold down [*] until a [p] appears; For Nokia press * three times until a [p] appears. For Philips hold down [*] until a [p] appears; For Sagem hold down [0] until a [p] appears; For Sony hold down [*] until a [p] appears.
Please note that this information may not apply to all models.

What happens if I lose my card?
The card is regarded as cash, the loss of which shall not be replaced.

Can I use the card to call special telephone numbers?
No, the Mox calling card cannot be used to call service or special telephone numbers, (e.g. 0180, 0190, 0900, 0137), information services (118…) or satellite phones.

What is call back?
With call back, the caller dials a specific call back number. As soon as an engaged tone sounds, the call is automatically disconnected. Since no connection is made, the call is free of charge. Using its own connection, the call back computer then returns the customer’s call. The customer lifts the telephone receiver, listens for the dial tone and then makes the desired call.
