What do I do if the line is faulty/dead after I have dialled my destination number?
Please contact our Customer Service Department, using our technical fault form. Important: Please note that we require the card number and the destination number you wish to dial. Please describe the problem to us in as much detail as possible!

Why does my 0800 number not work?
Check you are dialling the correct 0800 number (landline/mobile). Note that there is a charge for dialling 01802 numbers from a payphone (1 x 10 cent). Please inform our Customer Service Department, using our technical fault form.

I can’t enter my PIN!
Please ensure that your telephone is activated as a touchtone telephone. A short tone should sound when you press any key. If your telephone is still on pip-tone dialling, you should refer to the instruction manual for details on how to change the settings to touchtone. If you are still having difficulties, please inform our Customer Service Department using our technical fault form.
