Mr. Ulrich W.A. Kranz – Chairman of the Supervisory Board

A certified engineer, Ulrich W.A. Kranz took up chair at the Board in March 2006. He brings with him a wealth of experience from the telecommunications industry. Ulrich W.A. Kranz is Managing Partner at Target Business Consultants Group.

Dr. Günter Schamel – Management Board (CEO)

The founder of Mox Telecom AG acts as CEO of the company today. He is responsible for all aspects of product management, engineering and sales. Dr. Günter Schamel is an accomplished electrical and communications engineer. Prior to founding Mox Telecom AG in 1998, he worked as a telecom consultant, as well as head of product research at RWE-Telliance.

Mr. Christoph Zwingmann – Management Board (CFO)

Christoph Zwingmann oversees the finance, human resources, controlling and administration departments. A banker and economist, his professional experience was acquired in a variety of roles at RWE Energie AG and at start-up companies within the telecommunications sector. He has been on the management board of Mox Telecom since June 2000.

Dr. Jürgen Schulz – Management Board (CTO)

The Director of Mox’s engineering, IT and product management divisions is a computer scientist and physicist. Dr. Jürgen Schulz was employed in areas of product development and product management at a number of companies in the telecommunications sector, before assuming control of the product management and technology divisions at Mox Telecom in July 1999. Dr. Schulz joined the management board in April 2002.
